Table and cuisine: a day in Tuscany
The Bread, Pizza and Pasta experience
The activity is available only on Saturdays

In the morning visit of the local marked and transfer to Torre Guelfa for a delicious light lunch. Straight after departure to the discovery of a local Bakery,
then  will start the cooking class dedicated to the “Backer shop products”..  the day will end with a snack on the pool’s border.
 

Rate €110,00  per person
 Inclusions: the transfer with driver/host, light lunch, Bakery visit and  snack
 
 
It will be possible to attend only to the 3.00pm class

2 hours dedicated to the Baker's shop products. the discovery  of the secrets of our bread, Fresh home-made Pasta and Pizza.. in the old oven

I SOTTOLI ED I SOTTOACETI
EXCURSION AND CLASS 
Table and cuisine: A day of Tuscany:
The vinegars, olive oil and the Vegetables to save 
the Activity is available only in summertime

In the morning private excursion with driver/host  to taste some local olive oil and balsamic vinegar, along with a visit of the cellars and the olive oil mill. In a beautiful suburb of chianti you will have a delightful sneak. Transfer to Torre Guelfa Relais and beginning of the cooking class to prepare the famous “sottoli “ and “sottaceti”.

The Rate is  180,00€ per person.
inclusions: transfers, guided visit of local farm, olive oil and vinegar tasting, light lunch and cooking class

It's possible to atted only to the 3.00pm class

2 hours class to prepare the vegetables and learn how to store and preseved them in the jar with olive oil "sottoli" and Vinegar"sottaceti"

3.00pm beginning of the class, vegetables harvest and a practical lesson  to prepare the vegetables to be preserved in the jars . 

the class will be enriched with a sottoli-based recipe.

THE MARMALADES
EXCURSION AND CLASS
On request ,it will be possible to arrange an
half day guided trekking  excursion through the orchards


in october it will be possible to take part  of the chestnuts harvest
 
 
 
 

2 hours class to discover the secrets of making marmalade.

the class will been enriched with an inventory of the most creatives recipes

the class will be followed by a cheese tasting where you can learn about the combination marmalade/chees 

3.00 pm -starting of the class 

Rate  40,00€ per person including the class and the cheese/marmalade tasting

DESSERTS AND CHOCOLATE
EXCURSION AND CLASS
Table and cuisine , a Day of tuscany:
the chocolate museum of Perugia
the activity is available only on weekdays

Departure to Perugia with your driver/host to visit the city of Perugia and its chocolate museum. Return in the afternoon to start the cooking class focused on making dessert and ice creem..yummy..

the rate is 190,00€ per person. inclusions:  half day private   excursion to Perugia  with host, chocolate museum entrance fees and cooking class 

It will be possible to attend only to the 3.00pm class

2 hours class to learn more about the secrets of chocolates 

Rate is  30,00€ per person including  the class

2 hours class to discover how to preserve the fruit and make a tasty fruit jelly 
the class will be enriched wit some really yummy jelly-based recipes
