The vinegars, olive oil and the Vegetables to save
the Activity is available only in summertime In the morning private excursion with driver/host to taste some local olive oil and balsamic vinegar, along with a visit of the cellars and the olive oil mill. In a beautiful suburb of chianti you will have a delightful sneak. Transfer to Torre Guelfa Relais and beginning of the cooking class to prepare the famous “sottoli “ and “sottaceti”.
